Resetting a forgotten password
- On the Login page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your account email address.
- We email you a 6-digit code. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code and choose a new password.
For security, the number of reset requests is limited. If you hit the limit, wait a few minutes and try again.
Changing your password while signed in
Go to Settings → Security → Change password.
Signed up with Google?
If you created your account with Google, sign in with the Continue with Google button. Your password is managed by Google, not by DistroVibe.
Locked out after several attempts
After several failed login attempts, logins are paused for a short time to protect your account. Wait 15 minutes, then try again or reset your password.
