How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Open the billing portal.
- Cancel your subscription there.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Plans are not refunded for the remaining time of a billing period.
What happens after your plan ends
- Your releases stay live. Cancelling does not remove your music from stores. If you want it removed, take your releases down yourself. See How to Take Down a Release.
- You keep receiving royalties, and you can still withdraw your wallet balance.
- A 20% distribution commission applies to royalties processed after your plan has ended. With an active plan you keep 100%.
- You cannot create new content. New releases, SmartLinks, pitches, promotional assets and video requests need an active plan.
- You can still sign in, view your releases, analytics and wallet, and open support tickets.
Coming back
Subscribe again at any time from the Subscribe page. Your releases, data and full royalty share are restored as soon as your plan is active again.
