Eligibility Guidelines

Originality & Non-Infringement: AI-assisted or AI-generated tracks must be original works. Content attempting to mimic copyrighted artists, emulate protected vocal likenesses without legal authorization, or replicate existing master recordings will be rejected immediately.

Strict Quality Control (QC): Releases containing fully AI-generated material undergo mandatory automated waveform analysis and manual QC review. Low-fidelity, spam-like, or repetitive machine-generated audio that fails DSP ingestion standards will be declined.
Platform Compliance & Store Policies

DSP Autonomy: While DistroVibe delivers approved AI releases to our global network, individual digital service providers (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube) enforce independent policies regarding AI content ingestion and playlisting. DistroVibe cannot override third-party store moderation decisions.

Content ID Restrictions: Fully synthetic or generic AI audio loops/stems are strictly prohibited from YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager enrollment to prevent invalid automated copyright claims against third parties.
Submitting AI Releases & Documentation
To ensure smooth processing through our review pipeline:

Tag Accurate Metadata: Accurately indicate production credits during the upload workflow.

Attach Ownership Documentation: Provide model generation logs, commercial licensing rights, prompt records, or stem documentation via the release uploader if prompted by our QC team.
