Connecting your verified Spotify artist page to DistroVibe guarantees that every upcoming release is delivered straight to your existing discography, eliminating split profiles or orphaned releases.

How to Connect Your Spotify Artist Profile

To register an artist with direct store mapping:

  1. In your DistroVibe Dashboard, navigate to My Releases and open the Artists tab.

  2. Click Add Artist (or click edit on an existing artist profile).

  3. Enter the exact Artist Name.

  4. In the Spotify Artist URL / URI field, paste your direct profile link (e.g., [https://open.spotify.com/artist/](https://open.spotify.com/artist/)... or spotify:artist:...).

  5. Save your settings.

Once configured, all future releases assigned to this artist will route automatically to your verified Spotify profile without manual intervention.

Adding Multiple or Featured Artists

If a release includes secondary primary artists, featured acts, or remixers who already have verified Spotify pages:

  • Create or update each artist entry beforehand under My Releases > Artists > Add Artist, assigning their respective Spotify URLs.

  • When assembling your track credits in the release builder, select the pre-mapped artist profile from the dropdown menu to link their pages instantly.

What If You Uploaded Without Connecting Your Page?

If a release was submitted without defining your Spotify link, DSP algorithms may deliver the track to an auto-generated blank page or a profile with a matching name.

To redirect the release:

  1. Open your DistroVibe Dashboard and go to Support.

  2. Click New Ticket and select Metadata & Profile Mapping.

  3. Provide your release UPC, track ISRC, the correct Spotify profile link, and the URL of the incorrect page where the track currently appears.

  4. Submit the ticket our distribution operations team will push a direct metadata override to Spotify within 2 to 5 business days.
