The Delivery Log allows you to monitor the delivery status of your releases across supported digital stores and streaming services.

It gives you a clearer view of where your release has been delivered, which platforms are still processing it, and whether any delivery issues need attention.

1. Access the Delivery Log

From your DistroVibe account, go to:

Music → Releases → Delivery Log

Depending on the available filters in your account, you may be able to search or filter deliveries by:

  • Release

  • UPC

  • Store or service

  • Delivery date

  • Delivery status

This makes it easier to track a specific release or platform.

2. View Delivery Status

The Delivery Log shows the current delivery state for each supported store or service.

Common statuses may include:

  • Completed — The release has been successfully delivered to the platform.

  • Pending — Delivery or processing is still in progress.

  • Failed — The delivery could not be completed successfully.

  • Processing — The release is currently being processed by DistroVibe or the receiving platform.

Please note that a Completed delivery status means the release has been successfully sent to the service.

It does not always mean the release is already publicly available.

Each DSP has its own ingestion and moderation process, so additional processing time may still be required after delivery.

3. Review Issues or Errors

If a delivery shows an error or Failed status, open the delivery details to review any available information.

Depending on the issue, the problem may relate to:

  • Metadata

  • Artwork

  • Audio files

  • Artist information

  • Rights or copyright verification

  • Store-specific requirements

  • Technical delivery errors

If changes are required from you, follow the instructions shown in your account.

4. Take Action If Needed

If DistroVibe requests changes to your release, complete the required updates and resubmit the release when prompted.

For technical delivery failures that cannot be resolved from your account, contact DistroVibe Support and include:

  • Release title

  • UPC

  • Affected store or service

  • Any error information shown in the Delivery Log

Our team can review the delivery and, when appropriate, arrange a redelivery to the affected platform.

Delivery Log and Release Status Are Different

The overall status of a release and its individual delivery statuses are not always the same.

For example, a release may show as Live in DistroVibe because it is already available on Spotify, while another service may still show as Pending in the Delivery Log.

Similarly, a release may show as Delivered while individual platforms are still ingesting or processing the content.

This is normal because each digital service processes releases independently.

Why Should I Check the Delivery Log?

The Delivery Log helps you:

  • Confirm that your release was sent successfully

  • Track delivery progress across multiple platforms

  • Identify platform-specific delivery issues

  • See which services are still processing your release

  • Provide useful information to DistroVibe Support if assistance is required

The Delivery Log gives you greater visibility into the distribution process and helps you understand exactly where your music is throughout delivery.
