Every release is attached to an artist profile on DistroVibe. Linking each profile to its existing store pages makes sure new music appears on the right artist page.

Adding an artist
- Open Catalog in your dashboard and choose Add artist.
- Enter the artist name.
- Link existing store profiles:
- Spotify: search for the artist or paste the Spotify artist URL.
- Apple Music: paste the Apple Music artist URL.
- Save.
New artist with no store profiles yet?
Leave the store fields empty. A new artist page is created on each store with your first release.
Choosing artists in the upload wizard
In the upload wizard you choose from your existing artist profiles. You cannot enter Spotify or Apple IDs there, so set up and link the profile before you upload.
