Eligibility Guidelines

Legal Age (18+): You can independently create a DistroVibe account, complete identity verification, enter into legal distribution agreements, and receive royalty payouts.

Ages 13 to 17 (Minors with Parental Consent): You may use DistroVibe provided a parent or legal guardian authorizes the account. The parent or guardian acts as the legal contracting party, completes the in-house identity verification on your behalf, and handles financial tax forms and payout setups.

Under 13: Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to register an account or distribute content through DistroVibe.

DistroVibe strictly adheres to international minor data protection regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global privacy standards.
