Every time your music is streamed, downloaded or used on a platform, that store pays royalties for it. DistroVibe collects those royalties and credits them to your Wallet automatically.
When do earnings appear?
Stores report earnings with a delay. Earnings usually arrive 1–3 months after the plays happen. A stream from this week will not show up as money in your wallet right away. This is normal and is the same for every distributor.
Streams and earnings are reported separately:
- Streams are updated daily in your Analytics.
- Earnings are added once stores send their sales statements. Most stores report once a month.
How much do I keep?
While your subscription is active, you keep 100% of your distribution royalties. DistroVibe takes no commission.
If your subscription expires or a renewal payment fails and is not resolved, royalties that are processed after that point carry a 20% distribution commission. Renew your plan to go back to 100%.
Publishing royalties (songwriting income collected through Publishing Administration) are handled separately and carry a 15% administration fee. See Publishing Administration.
Where can I see my earnings?
- Wallet shows your available balance, pending amounts, money you have already withdrawn, and every transaction.
- Analytics shows earnings by store and by country next to your streams.
Royalty splits
If you set up royalty splits on a release or track, each accepted collaborator's share is paid into their own DistroVibe wallet automatically when royalties are processed. See Setting Up Royalty Splits.
Need help?
If an expected payment is missing after the usual 1–3 month window, open a support ticket from your dashboard under Billing and include the release name and period.
