   • Direct links to the infringing release on DSPs.

   • Proof of original ownership (e.g., project project stems, raw DAW files, early upload timestamps, master certificates, or ISRC/UPC data).

   • A formal declaration of copyright ownership.

Case 2: The Infringing Release Was NOT Distributed Through DistroVibe
