How Do I Check My Release's Delivery Status by Store?
How to use the Stores & Services tab of a release to see its delivery status on each store and what to do if a delivery fails.
Each release has a Stores & Services tab that shows the delivery status of your release on every store and streaming service you selected.
It gives you a clear view of where your release is live, which platforms are still processing it, and whether a delivery needs attention.
1. Open the Stores & Services Tab
From your DistroVibe dashboard, go to:
Music → Catalog, open the release, then click the Stores & Services tab.
You can search for a store by name and filter the list by store category. Where available, each store shows its delivery date and a link to your release on that store.
If the tab says No Delivery Logs, delivery information has not been processed for this release yet.
2. View Delivery Status
Each store shows one of these statuses:
Queued — The release has not been sent to this store yet.
In Delivery — The release is being delivered to or processed by this store.
Live — The release has been delivered to this store and is live.
Failed — The delivery to this store could not be completed.
Each DSP has its own ingestion and moderation process, so a store may take a few days to show your release publicly.
3. Review Issues or Errors
If a store shows Failed, the problem may relate to:
Metadata
Artwork
Audio files
Artist information
Rights or copyright verification
Store-specific requirements
Technical delivery errors
If we need something from you, such as documents, the release status changes and you are notified by email.
4. Take Action If Needed
If DistroVibe asks for documents, upload them in the release's Documents tab.
For delivery failures, or if a release needs a metadata change or redelivery, open a Distribution support ticket and include:
Release title
UPC
Affected store or service
Any error information you have received
Our team can review the delivery and, when appropriate, arrange a redelivery to the affected platform.
Release Status and Store Status Are Different
The overall status of a release and its status on each store are not always the same.
For example, a release may show as Live in DistroVibe while another service is still processing it.
Similarly, a release may show as Delivered to stores while individual platforms are still processing the content.
This is normal because each digital service processes releases independently.
Why Should I Check the Stores & Services Tab?
The Stores & Services tab helps you:
Confirm that your release was sent to the stores you selected
Track delivery progress across multiple platforms
Identify platform-specific delivery issues
See which services are still processing your release
