Label and Label Pro plans add a Label menu to your dashboard with Artists, Analytics, Royalties, Catalog, Label names and Settings.

Unlimited artists

Label plans have unlimited artist profiles, so you can manage your whole roster in one account.

Label names

Your releases go out under the label names you register in Label → Label names. In the upload wizard you choose one of them for each release.

  • Label includes 1 label name and Label Pro includes 3.
  • Most names are approved right away. A name that looks like a well-known label or distributor (a major, a large independent label or another distributor) needs proof that you own or represent it, such as the official website, a verified social account or store pages of its releases. Our team reviews it, usually within a day.
  • A name that another account has registered, or that was blocked after a copyright case, can't be used.
  • Label names you used before label names were introduced were added to your account automatically.

Extra label names

Label Pro can buy extra label slots, valid for 12 months, up to 20 at a time:

Slots in one purchase Price per slot
1–4 $19.99
5–9 $15.99
10 or more $12.99

Pay from your wallet balance or by card in Label → Label names. We email you a week before your extra slots expire. If they expire, your newest label names pause for new releases until you renew; releases that are already out are not affected. On the Label plan, upgrade to Label Pro for 3 label names and extra slots.

Label settings

In Label → Settings you can set:

  • your label name, slogan and logo,
  • default © (C-line) and ℗ (P-line) texts for your releases,
  • your social media links,
  • your DDEX party name, the name stores see as the supplier of your releases,
  • a default commission for your artists, from 0% to 50% in 5% steps.

The label name and DDEX party name must be one of your registered label names. Choose the label name and the © / ℗ lines for each release in the upload wizard.

Catalog export

Use Label → Catalog → Export to download your catalog as a CSV file.

Importing existing releases

Releases that are already on Spotify or iTunes can be imported using their store metadata, which saves you from typing everything again.

Team access

Invite managers and label reps with their own permissions. See Inviting Team Members.
