Social media algorithms limit organic reach, rarely showing announcements to your entire audience. Fan Broadcast delivers release drops, tour dates, and fan updates directly into your fans' inboxes.

Audience Integration

Fan Broadcast sends to the contacts in your Audience list inside the Marketing Hub:

• SmartLink Captures: Fans who leave their email on your distrovi.be SmartLink page are added automatically.

• Add Subscriber: Register individual VIP contacts or listeners manually.

• Bulk Import: Paste a list of email addresses (separated by new lines or commas). CSV file upload is not supported.

Limits by Plan (subscribers / emails sent per month)

• Artist: 2,500 / 5,000

• Artist Pro: 25,000 / 50,000

• Label & Label Pro: 50,000 / 100,000

Fan Broadcast requires an active plan.

Launching a Broadcast

1. Go to your DistroVibe Dashboard and navigate to the Marketing Hub.

2. Open Fan Broadcast and stay on the Campaign Studio tab.

3. Choose a template: New Music Drop, Pre-Save Campaign, Tour & Live Dates, or VIP Fan Club Note.

4. Optionally select a release from your catalog to auto-fill artwork and links.

5. Edit the subject line, headline, message, and button text and link. Check the live email preview.

6. Choose how many days to spread the sending over (1, 2, 3, or 5 days) and launch the broadcast.

You can review past sends on the History tab.
