Below are the eligibility requirements for creating an account and distributing music through our platform:

**Eligibility Guidelines**

* **Legal Age (18+):** You can independently create a DistroVibe account, complete identity verification, enter into legal distribution agreements, and receive royalty payouts.

* **Ages 13 to 17 (Minors with Parental Consent):** You may use DistroVibe provided a parent or legal guardian authorizes the account. The parent or guardian acts as the legal contracting party, completes the in-house identity verification on your behalf, and handles financial tax forms and payout setups.

* **Under 13:** Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to register an account or distribute content through DistroVibe.

**Compliance & Minor Protection**

DistroVibe strictly adheres to international minor data protection regulations, including the **Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)** and global privacy standards.
