Distribution pipelines, catalog uploads, and wallet payouts are fully unlocked. - Declined: Verification was unsuccessful due to suspicious activity, tampered documentation, or mismatched records. Accounts with this status are restricted from delivery and withdrawals pending a manual compliance review. - Action Required / Incomplete: The submission was inconclusive due to missing steps, blurry files, or unreadable details. You will need to re-upload clear documentation through your verification portal. - Expired: Verification sessions automatically expire after 7 days if required documents are not submitted. You can initiate a new verification request directly from your dashboard. Below are the eligibility requirements for creating an account and distributing music through our platform: Eligibility Guidelines - Legal Age (18+): You can independently create a DistroVibe account, complete identity verification, enter into legal distribution agreements, and receive royalty payouts. - Ages 13 to 17 (Minors with Parental Consent): You may use DistroVibe provided a parent or legal guardian authorizes the account. The parent or guardian acts as the legal contracting party, completes the in-house identity verification on your behalf, and handles financial tax forms and payout setups. - Under 13: Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to register an account or distribute content through DistroVibe. Compliance & Minor Protection DistroVibe strictly adheres to international minor data protection regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global privacy standards. Eligibility Guidelines - Originality & Non-Infringement: AI-assisted or AI-generated tracks must be original works. Content attempting to mimic copyrighted artists, emulate protected vocal likenesses without legal authorization, or replicate existing master recordings will be rejected immediately. - Strict Quality Control (QC): Releases containing fully AI-generated material undergo mandatory automated waveform analysis and manual QC review. Low-fidelity, spam-like, or repetitive machine-generated audio that fails DSP ingestion standards will be declined. Platform Compliance & Store Policies - DSP Autonomy: While DistroVibe delivers approved AI releases to our global network, individual digital service providers (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube) enforce independent policies regarding AI content ingestion and playlisting. DistroVibe cannot override third-party store moderation decisions. - Content ID Restrictions: Fully synthetic or generic AI audio loops/stems are strictly prohibited from YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager enrollment to prevent invalid automated copyright claims against third parties. Submitting AI Releases & Documentation To ensure smooth processing through our review pipeline: 1. Tag Accurate Metadata: Accurately indicate production credits during the upload workflow. 2. You can upload remixes or DJ mixes only if all underlying audio materials, stems, and original recordings are legally cleared. You must have explicit written authorization or a remix agreement from the original copyright holders. Standard mechanical cover song licenses do not grant permission to distribute remixes. You are always free to upload remixes of your own original tracks. How to Format and Upload Your Remix 1. Remix of Your Own Track (Produced by You) - Keep yourself as the Primary Artist. - Do not list yourself again with a "Remixer" role. - Enter the remix title (e.g., VIP Mix, Club Mix, or Acoustic Remix) directly into the Track Version / Subtitle field. 2. Remix of Your Track by an External Producer - Keep yourself as the Primary Artist. - In the Track Details / Artists section, add the guest producer and assign them the Remixer role. - Specify the version format in the Track Version field (e.g., [Producer Name] Remix). - Attach the remix agreement or producer clearance document at the final step of the uploader. 3. Official Remix of Another Artist’s Song - Ensure you hold a fully executed remix contract or written clearance from the original artist, label, or publisher. - Set the original performer as the Primary Artist. - Add yourself (or your collaborator) with the Remixer role in the track contributor metadata. - Add the remix indicator to the Track Version field (e.g., DistroVibe Remix). - Attach your clearance agreement in the uploader or submit it via a Needs Documentation ticket to our Quality Control (QC) team. Content ID Warning: Unofficial bootlegs, mashups, non-stop DJ sets, and uncleared remixes are strictly barred from YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager to prevent copyright strikes and platform takedowns.

Supported Video Networks & DSPs - VEVO: Official VEVO artist channel creation and video delivery directly to the global VEVO / YouTube network. - Apple Music / iTunes Video: Official music video listings on your verified Apple Music artist profile. - TIDAL Video: High-fidelity video streaming across TIDAL desktop and mobile apps. - Boomplay Video: Expansion into high-growth regional mobile video ecosystems. - Spotify Canvas: Seamless 3–8 second visual loops mapped to your audio tracks.
