Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period on monthly plans (yearly plans lock in a rate for the period you already paid for, but you can still turn off auto-renewal at any time so it doesn't renew again).
What happens immediately
Nothing changes right away — your access continues at full functionality until the end of your current billing period. You keep uploading, submitting videos, and using every feature you had access to until that period actually ends.
What happens after your billing period ends
Your existing releases stay live on every platform they were already delivered to — cancelling does not trigger any takedown of your existing catalog. This is a deliberate design choice: your relationship with the stores for already-delivered music doesn't depend on you maintaining an active subscription indefinitely.
What does change is content creation. Once your subscription has actually lapsed (not just cancelled for future renewal, but the period has ended), you can no longer:
- Submit new releases
- Submit videos
- Submit marketing/promotional requests
- Create new SmartLinks
You can still:
- Browse your full dashboard
- View your existing catalog and its status
- View analytics for existing releases
- Open support tickets about your account or existing releases
Resubscribing
If you resubscribe later, full functionality returns immediately — there's no waiting period or reactivation process beyond completing the subscription payment again.
