Refund policy overview

Updated August 2, 2026

General approach

Refund eligibility depends on your specific circumstances — how recently you were charged, whether the subscription was actually used, and the nature of the request. There isn't a single blanket rule that covers every situation, which is why refund requests go through a human review rather than an automatic self-service button.

Full terms

The complete, authoritative terms are on our Refund Policy page — worth reading in full if you're evaluating whether your situation qualifies before reaching out.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a support ticket from your dashboard.
  2. Include your account email and the specific charge you're asking about (date and amount help us find it faster).
  3. Briefly explain the circumstances — accidental double subscription, a billing error, or whatever applies to your case.

Our team reviews each request individually and responds directly through the same support ticket thread, so you can follow up in the same place if you have additional questions.

What refunds don't affect

A refund on your subscription charge doesn't retroactively unwind any releases that were already distributed during the refunded period — those remain live on stores. Refunds address the subscription charge itself, not the distribution actions already taken while the subscription was active.
