Do I really keep 100% of my royalties?

Updated July 17, 2026

Yes — every DistroVibe plan, starting at $1.99/month, passes through 100% of the royalties reported to us by each store. We do not take a commission, percentage cut, or any hidden fee out of your streaming or download revenue on any subscription tier, including the entry-level Artist plan.

How this compares to other models

Some distributors advertise a lower monthly price but take a percentage of royalties (commonly 10–30%) instead, or offer 100% royalties only on their most expensive tier. DistroVibe's model is flat: what you pay is the subscription fee alone — your royalty percentage doesn't change based on which plan you're on. Artist, Artist Pro, and Label all pass through 100%; the plans differ in tools and support, not in royalty share.

The one exception: the Artist Partner Program

The optional Artist Partner Program, for artists with 100K+ monthly listeners, has its own separate terms that are negotiated individually and reviewed case-by-case by our A&R team. This program is entirely opt-in and does not affect the standard 100% royalty guarantee on regular subscriptions — you never get moved into Partner terms automatically, and you don't need to be a Partner to keep 100% of your royalties as a standard subscriber.

Where this shows up in your dashboard

Your Revenue / Wallet section reflects exactly what was reported to us by each store, with no deductions applied on our end beyond the store's own reporting. If a number ever looks off, the most common explanation is store-side reporting adjustments (see the reporting delay article), not a DistroVibe fee.
