Why delivery time varies by store
Each store has its own ingestion and review pipeline on their end — some are highly automated (Apple Music, TikTok), while others involve more manual review or batch-processing on their side (Beatport, Vevo). We deliver to every selected store as soon as your release passes QA; from that point, the remaining time is largely determined by each store's own processing speed, which we don't control.
These are typical windows, not guarantees
Stores can occasionally take longer than usual during high-volume periods — major industry release days (Fridays), year-end/holiday weeks, or when a store is dealing with a platform-wide backlog. This is exactly why we recommend submitting at least 10–14 days ahead of your target release date rather than delivering at the last minute: it builds in a buffer for the stores that are naturally slower or occasionally delayed, without forcing you to guess which ones in advance.
Planning a release around these windows
If a specific store absolutely must be live by a specific date (e.g. you have a sync placement or press feature tied to a date), use that store's upper-bound delivery time when calculating your submission deadline, not the lower bound — plan for Amazon Music taking 7 days, not 3, for example.
