How do I apply to the Partner Program?

Updated August 1, 2026

Before you apply

Confirm you're actually at or above the 100,000 monthly listener threshold on at least one major platform — this is the baseline requirement the program is built around, and applications well below this threshold are unlikely to move forward in review.

Applying

  1. Go to the Apply page.
  2. If you already have an established streaming profile, link it (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) so our A&R team can review your existing performance and catalog directly.
  3. If you're a newer or developing artist without an established profile that clearly shows the 100K threshold, submit demo links instead so the team can evaluate your work directly.
  4. Submit your application.

What happens after you apply

Applications are reviewed personally by our A&R team — this is not an automated or instant-approval process. Review takes time because someone is actually listening to and evaluating your catalog and performance data, not just checking a number against a threshold. See "Application status: what PENDING, APPROVED, and REJECTED mean" in the Contracts & Onboarding category for what happens at each stage of review.

If you're not at 100K yet

You don't need to wait on the sidelines. Start with a standard Artist plan today — distribute your music, build your streaming numbers, and keep 100% of your royalties the entire time. Once you cross the 100K monthly listener threshold, you can apply to the Partner Program at that point. There's no penalty or downside to starting as a standard subscriber first; it's the expected path for the vast majority of artists who eventually do reach Partner-level scale.
