Dashboard overview: where to find everything

Updated August 14, 2026

The dashboard sidebar is organized around the actual day-to-day work of releasing and managing music, not around abstract settings menus. Here's what lives where, and when you'd actually use each section.

Releases

This is where you create new releases, edit drafts, and track the delivery status of everything you've submitted (Draft → Pending → Distributing → Live). Click into any release to see its full metadata, QA status, and per-store delivery notes.

Music

Analytics for your catalog — streams, listener geography, and platform breakdown. Data here typically has a 24–48 hour reporting delay from the DSPs themselves, so don't expect same-day numbers for a release that just went live.

Revenue / Wallet

Your royalty balance, a full payout history, and the button to request a withdrawal once you have an available balance. "Available" and "pending" balances are shown separately — only available funds can be withdrawn (see the Royalties & Payouts category for the full explanation of that delay).

SmartLinks

Shareable landing pages (distrovi.be/your-slug) that show every store your release is available on. This is what you post on social media or send to press instead of a single Spotify link.

Video

Submit official music videos, request a YouTube Official Artist Channel, and manage YouTube Content ID protection for your catalog.

Marketing

Auto-generate branded promotional images (Instagram post and story formats) for any release, ready to download and post.

Team

Invite collaborators or managers to help run your account without sharing your login credentials, or manage sub-accounts if you're on a Label plan.

Support

Open a ticket any time — this is available even if your subscription has lapsed, since it's tied to your account and existing catalog, not your active plan status.

Everything above is reachable in two clicks or fewer from the sidebar on desktop, or the menu icon on mobile.
