* **Boomplay Video:** Expansion into high-growth regional mobile video ecosystems.

* **Spotify Canvas:** Seamless 3–8 second visual loops mapped to your audio tracks.

### Access & Plan Eligibility

Video distribution is currently available via **early access (invite-only)** and integrated exclusively into higher-tier membership tiers:

* **Eligible Plans:** Active **Artist Pro** or **Label** plan holders.

* **Public Rollout:** We are actively stress-testing our multi-format transcode cluster and DDEX video delivery engine. Broader, self-service video ingestion for all plans will be made available in a phased public update.

### VEVO Channel Creation & Ingestion Criteria

VEVO operates as a curated broadcast partner and does not permit arbitrary video uploads or automatic channel creation for every profile. To protect platform compliance, all VEVO channel requests must meet strict editorial criteria:

* **Audience Traction & Catalog Performance:** Because VEVO enforces strict tier-1 ingestion benchmarks, dedicated VEVO channel provisioning is strictly reserved for artists demonstrating sustained organic listenership (minimum benchmark of 500,000+ monthly listeners on Spotify or significant verified DSP streaming volume).

* **Broadcast-Quality Master Assets:** Third-party cloud links (MediaFire, Mega, Google Drive shortcuts) or existing YouTube URLs are **strictly prohibited**. Video masters must be delivered as clean, uncompressed ProRes 422 HQ or high-bitrate broadcast MP4 files without watermarks, third-party logos, or intro/outro lower-thirds.

* **Visual & Content Standards:** VEVO exclusively accepts official, broadcast-ready music videos. Static graphics, slideshows, looping lyric templates, and automated/low-effort visualizers are systematically rejected during quality control.

* **Exclusive Master & Visual Rights:** The submitter must possess 100% exclusive visual and audio rights. Videos featuring third-party copyrighted clips, non-exclusive stock footage, or AI-generated visual artifacts without clear commercial rights are ineligible.

### Submission Process for Eligible Tiers

If your subscription tier and artist profile meet the above criteria:

1. Ensure your audio release is already live across DSPs with an active ISRC/UPC.

2. Prepare your uncompressed master video file, full video metadata (Director, Producer, ISRC), and high-resolution thumbnail.

3. Open a support ticket under the **Video Distribution** category or contact your dedicated account manager to initiate the VEVO onboarding review.
